Property was beautiful and aesthetic very nice. Garden lovely and large with beautiful trees! Lovely bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms.
Food prepared by chef was delicious and staff very nice. Hassan and chef were brilliant at trying to accommodate all our needs.
Villanovo have a good selection of villas. Shame Dar Na didn't have a tennis court as it has the space. It is a bit far from town for us for next time as the traffic wasn't great so it always took more than 20 mins to get into town.
Beds in the upstairs bedrooms (excluding master) are too hard. Towels need to be changed once a week. Ours were not changed. Staff should have a mode of transport to get groceries. It is very hard to plan 2-3 days in advance of meals when you don't know all your movements in terms of restaurants etc.
Menu should have been sent to us prior to arrival for selections.
Laundry should be included in the villa - The owner kindly offered it to us as it is necessary with children but this should be included for all clients for this calibre of villa.
Food choices were excellent for lunch and dinner but I think the breakfast may need to be included in the menu and maybe continental options available.
On initial arrival staff were welcoming but there was a misunderstanding about who was in charge and who to speak to in regard to things we wanted. We didn't understand that the 'extra' staff were not to be addressed and only Hassan and Chef. Perhaps more clarity needs to be provided to clients as I think chef got a bit upset which didn't set a great tone to begin with.

Staying at Dar Na villa was a breath of fresh air. It was spotless and immaculately clean, with an aesthetic that was pleasing in every way. If you’re looking for a villa that is modern, spacious, and glamorous, look no further. I highly recommend it!
